The Wound That Became My Calling
The Beginning of My Journey
My story as a light-worker started with abuse and neglect. We as light-workers have not chosen an easy path. We have chosen to incarnate on this planet at this time to help bring more compassion, healing, and awareness into the world.
The Fear That Stole My Voice
What stayed with me was the gut-wrenching fear of being bad and doing something wrong. That fear stole my voice and my ability to ask for what I needed emotionally and physically. My silence became something others praised, while my needs were ignored.
The Pain of Being Unseen
Years later, when I finally tried to speak for myself, I was discounted or pushed aside. Unless I was meeting someone else's needs, I felt invisible. Being unseen and unheard by the people who were supposed to love me was heartbreaking and reinforced the belief that my voice didn't matter.
Healing the Wound of Powerlessness
It is this deep sense of powerlessness that many of us must heal. Whether we are women or men, breaking free from generations of silence means learning to speak our truth and creating spaces where others feel safe to do the same. Healing begins when we are willing to witness one another with compassion.
Breaking Generational Patterns
Centuries of conditioning cannot be undone overnight. Fear has long been used to silence people, while secrecy has kept communities disconnected from one another. As these patterns are brought into the light, they begin to lose their power.
Remembering Who We Really Are
Many of us are remembering abilities that once came naturally—the ability to trust our intuition, connect with the Divine, and recognize that we are part of something greater than ourselves. Whether you call it God, Source, Spirit, or Universal Consciousness, reconnecting with that relationship can become a source of healing and guidance.
When Trauma Disconnects Us
Sexual abuse, physical abuse, emotional abuse, psychological abuse, neglect, and addiction often leave people disconnected from themselves and others. Trauma can silence the inner voice, making it difficult to trust ourselves or believe we deserve healing.
The Call to Heal Together
The old ways of fear and control are beginning to crumble. This is a time to seek supportive communities, reach out to trusted people, pray if that is meaningful to you, and remain open to receiving help. Healing doesn't happen all at once—it unfolds one courageous step at a time.
You Are Not Alone
If you've spent years believing your voice didn't matter, know this: it does. Healing is possible. Speaking your truth is possible. Trusting yourself again is possible. No matter where your journey begins, you don't have to walk it alone.
Blessings,
M xo
